You’re breaking free from Squiddo and HubPages, because you’re ready for your own website.

You’re breaking free from coding html websites letting the blog take care of that.

Now you’re ready for your own website and blog. So follow along setting up your own WordPress blog.

We’ll get into setup with FlexSqueeze once we get the work horse before the cart.

WordPress is FREE.

Yes don’t worry about the freeness of WordPress as it’s an outstanding tool creating your website / blog easily.

The first thing you’ll be needing is web hosting, a place to put your website on.

From my own personal experience hosting 3 websites on BlueHost, I highly recommend BlueHost.

Sure I’ve tried cheaper and end up moving the cheaper hosting site web to its new best hosting site at BlueHost.

Find more about the inexpensive web site hosting here.

Get the hosting if you demand worry free hosting with your WordPress blog and FlexSqueeze. Great for automatic script and plug-in automatic updating, saving you hours and frustration doing it manually.

You can set up WordPress automatically on BlueHost or up-load and install yourself. This document will be about installing it yourself.

This means you will need a ftp program to up-load the program. A ftp program recommended.

Ok, lets Download WordPress

Once downloaded, you’ll need to unzip and ftp to your server.

You can set up a directory on your server then up load WordPress into.

Or

Put it in your public html directory – the same one your sites main index file is located in. Setting up as the control of your website WordPress. It’s how I’ve set up mine.

Go now take your time getting your web hosting, ftp software, download WordPress, un-zip and upload to your website.

Wow a lot of fun stuff you’ll be busy doing, until I’m back.

Next: FlexSqueeze Theme, getting it and making it happen.
Then I’ll let you know what plug-ins I’m using.

Cheers
